Double-blind review procedure
With the aim of making the evaluation process constructive and accurate, two anonymous peer referees will review each article. Then the editor sends the evaluation results to the author(s).  In order to expedite the evaluation process, the authors will be asked to amend the article and re-send. In addition, the authors should send a letter to the editor-in-chief and inform him/her about the changes

Steps to evaluate articles

1. Receiving articles through the journal system (articles that are sent to the journal via email or methods other than the system, will not be in the process of reviewing the journal)

2. Initial evaluation of the article according to the main indicators of the journal (subject, authors, article structure, etc.)

3. Check the article for plagiarism and similarity through Samim Noor similarity system (it should be noted that only articles that are eligible in stage 2 will be similar, otherwise the article will be rejected or referred to the author for correction Was)

4. Submitting the article to at least 2 experts specializing in the subject matter of the article

5. Announcing the result of judging to the author (rejection/need to review)

6. Pursue reviews of articles by authors

7. Sending the revised article to the comparative referee (acceptance / non-acceptance)

8. Announcing the result of comparative arbitration to the author (acceptance / non-acceptance)

9. Send a letter of acceptance to the author

10. Put the article in the accepted articles section for publication

11. Determining the number in which the article will be published (with the opinion of the editorial board)

12. Send the article to the editor

13. Send the edited article to the author to clear up any ambiguities and final approval before publication

14. Send the final file approved by the author to the layout

15. Publish an article in the journal system

16. Sending an email informing the publication of the article to the authors of the articles of each issue and other audiences

17. Submit articles to national and international databases and indexes
