Code of Ethics for Research and Scientific Publications
In order to achieve justice in scientific research and publications, a code of conduct has been designed and compiled that guarantees the scientific and academic behavior of all relevant individuals. This code is organized into three sub-categories: author, editor, and reviewer.

     Code of Ethics for Authors:
Originality: This section emphasizes the importance of innovation and the originality of articles. The rules set forth in this section prohibit the author from submitting articles published in other journals or re-submitting articles that have been rejected by the journal's jury, or the like. At the same time, it is possible to re-submit articles in certain circumstances.
Plagiarism: In this section, all instances of plagiarism that are presented in the articles will be carefully examined by the editors of the journal and will be dealt with according to the rules and regulations.
mutual interests:
Before submitting an article, the author should explain the sources of the financial plan. This type of law covers all persons involved in writing the article and individuals are obliged to avoid submitting articles in situations where there are common interests between the author and the jury and review board and to make the necessary changes in the article submission process according to the criteria.
Expert Review: At this stage, the articles are reviewed expertly, emphasizing that neither party nor the review committee will find information about the identity of the other person. The law prohibits the review of articles if the identities of the parties are discovered.
Delicacy or accuracy: In this law, the authors of articles are held responsible for the content presented in the articles. Authors should not only provide sufficient and accurate information that is contained in the content mentioned in the articles but also should inform the editor in full if they are aware of any shortcomings or errors in the writing.
Authors' identities: These rules set out the principles for introducing authors based on the amount and manner of participation in writing, preparing, and editing articles. When submitting an article, the responsible author must send a copy of the article to all authors of the article.
Human rights: According to the law and the code of ethics, human rights laws, including privacy, liberty, and other individual rights of individuals must be considered at every stage of the submission of articles.
Timeliness: All matters related to the submission of articles must be done within certain time limits. If for some reason there is a need to increase the time for writing, it should be added to the time of writing and submitting the article with the coordination and permission of the editor.

     Code of Ethics for Editors:
In addition to the rules of chronology, elegance, and expert revision, there are rules for editors.
Esteghlal: Editors should refrain from interfering in the writing of articles.
Prejudice: Editors should avoid any practice that biasedly overshadows scientific content and makes directional changes to the content.
Confidentiality: All administrative and formal processes must be within the framework of maintaining the confidentiality of the evaluation process. The law on the anonymity of editors can only be broken if the necessary permission is issued by the editors.
Quality of evaluation: At least two editors will be invited to comment and evaluate the article. To optimize the performance of the journal, such scores will be reviewed periodically by the editors.
Quality of decisions: Editors should provide their opinions in a documented and clear manner in a letter with the best scientific quality to the authors.
Competence: The responsibility of selecting the editorial board and the authority and competencies of individuals is on the editors. Editors must consider all the principles and rights of authors, editors, etc., and determine the extent of authority and competence.
Function: The editor is responsible for setting and designing the function coefficient of the journal. This is done based on the level of acceptance of articles, publishing periods, and any other matters related to the acceptance and publication of articles.

      Code of Ethics for Reviewers:
In addition to common legal areas with authors and editors, reviewers have their own unique rules.
Bilateral Relations: Researchers who submit articles to the journal are expected to accept the journal's invitation to evaluate other articles.
The right not to accept the evaluation: In cases where a person does not find himself legally and scientifically competent or authorized and does not have sufficient authority to evaluate certain areas and articles, he must declare his refusal from unscientific and unprincipled review.
