In the guidance of Ahl al-Bayt (AS) and the teachings of the Qur'an, the prophets (AS) are innocent of committing sin. But some verses seem to contradict this belief. The 19th verses of Muhammad (PBUH) and the 104 suras of Nisaa are among those verses in which the Prophet (peace be upon him) was commanded to be rejected. The present article, after examining and criticizing the existing opinions, has concluded that dismissal in the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) is a prayer for the elimination of consequences that do not merit unanimous faith and that the reason for dismissal in Nisaa is related to judgment. That is what the Prophet did. In this judgment, the Prophet (peace be upon him) correctly judged, but because of their judgment affected by the false testimony of the witnesses, the innocent person was subjected to slander and the Prophet was commissioned to dispose of the wrongful effects of this judgment. They were killed. The Qur'an's research approach is pivotal in that religious judgments (reason, Quran, tradition, experience, literature, etc.) are the arbiter of religious thought and practice.
