Gender differences are among the characteristics that divide the human race into two major classes, men and women. In the meantime, commonalities cause both to be called humanity; But gender differences sometimes prevent some people from treating men and women as equals. In Wahhabism, Ibn Baz is one of those who, believing in the lack of intellect and faith of a woman, makes her human act irresponsible and, under the pretext of the sanctity of intercourse with a man, prevents her from being present in society. Ayatollah Javadi, on the other hand, considers the most important dimension of man to be the soul, in which gender has no meaning, and pious men and women can go through the stages of human actuality without any discrimination. Social activity is also permissible for women, observing Islamic limits, and in some cases, it is necessary. The purpose of this study is the effect of gender differences on human actuality and social activity from the perspective of Imami and Wahhabism with the focus on the interpretive ideas of Ayatollah Javadi Ameli and Benbaz, which has been written by adaptive and analytical methods.
